We are excited to announced that Wheelersburg Elementary has earn an award through the Ohio Governor's Science of Reading Recognition Program for 2025!

As we are approaching spring, we just want to remind everyone of our pick-up and drop-off procedures.

This policy will go in effect on Monday March 31st. Please make sure if your child carries a bottle or cup during the school day that it meets these guidelines starting on 03/31. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your child's teacher or the elementary office.

We are trying to make it easier to reunite items that your child may have lost. Each item has a number that you can contact us to claim the item. We have had many items claimed. Thanks so much! Here is the link to the Google Photo Album.

Congratulations to Pat Jenkins, Wheelersburg Elementary School Secretary, on receiving an Outstanding Support Staff award from the Coalition of Rural and Appalachian Schools (CORAS). With 24 years of dedicated service, Miss Pat is the backbone of our school, ensuring everything runs smoothly with her organization, problem-solving skills, and welcoming spirit. She consistently goes above and beyond to support our students, staff, and families. This well-deserved recognition was celebrated at a special CORAS event, including a luncheon honoring outstanding support staff across the Southeast Ohio region. Congratulations, Miss Pat, and thank you for all you do!
